Just looked at BBC stats.
Wish I hadn't.

Re: QUEENS PARK RANGERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Passing accuracy = 52%, shocking.
Big improvement needed second half, because we’re losing this based on the first forty five minutes.

Oxford and Plymouth are winning plus Luton got a point.
The only good news so far is that Stoke are losing.
We have relied on other teams being utterly useless for too long now and it looks to be catching up on us.

And that's with an 'attacking line up'.

Correct, no fight, no grit.
We're sleepwalking to relegation, a big half time team talk is required now

Re: QUEENS PARK RANGERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Just shown that Mannsverk tackle again, we'd be absolutely fuming if that was us. Clatters him with the ref standing a few feet away. Our bit of luck for the day that.

Re: QUEENS PARK RANGERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Let's face it we are fecked and we were as soon as this board appointed Riza. It's too late now.
We are just 11 players thrown on the pitch.

Re: QUEENS PARK RANGERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
If we go down!! i can't see many clubs swooping in for our players. they are not doing themselves any favours with shite performances

Wondering just how poor Wednesday must have been to make this front four look decent for the first half. I don't think anyone is playing particularly well but I sympathize with our defenders and midfielders, I just don't know who they are supposed to be passing the ball to. Nobody is showing for a pass, nobody is working to get into space, it all just looks a mess.
Maybe if you had somebody like Robertson with a bit more pace instead of Colwill/Mannsverk it might open up a bit, beat a man and then there's open space but ultimately it just looks like a lot of confused young players with no idea what they are supposed to be doing.
-
Re: QUEENS PARK RANGERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
A bit of width wouldn't go amiss, we're not going to play through them, we may need to get in behind them to create anything, good delivery, 2nd ball etc, it may offer Salech an opportunity or two.
-
Re: QUEENS PARK RANGERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Tanner , Robinson Turnbull / Robertson on now . Don't wait until we're a goal down . This lineup is not working!!!

I wish they had been thrown from the top of the stand :P

This is what it ultimately boils down to, don't really need to say much more

Riza is playing too narrow for my liking.

Triple sub at half time
Bagan, Alves, Davies off
Daland, Robinson, Tanner on

Are we tho'? Seems to me that their full backs have our wingers in their pockets.

QPR offside anyway
-
Re: QUEENS PARK RANGERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Taken the pace out of the forward line, aside from Tanner, let’s see what this does

No, the offside was the ball running to the man coming back after the tackle, it would have been a pen if the ref had given it

He started 3 wide players.
There is no point in having any forwards if you can’t win or the ball in order to supply them.
It’s utter horseshit.

Re: QUEENS PARK RANGERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
much better by Mannsverk, that's what we need the midfield to do. Just a shame about the final ball.

Re: QUEENS PARK RANGERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
And on comes Meite for Ashford.
-
Re: QUEENS PARK RANGERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Meite on for Ashford
Emptied the bench of attacking options
I'll hazard a guess at Turnbull on for Colwill at some point

Re: QUEENS PARK RANGERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Arguably our best spell of the game and he makes that change, absolute joke of a manager

Re: QUEENS PARK RANGERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
there have been times i've forgotten who the manager is it's been such a merry go round the last decade
