Could have had 2 pens.
Could we have pressed for more? Most definitely but it was a hot day so maybe there was an element of energy conservation.
Putting my QI hat on now ...
If the 1st penalty was given then the game changes ... the same opportunity for the 2nd pen would not have occurred.
It's like saying so-and so could have had a hat-trick based on three missed opportunities.

A flawed argument as I’m referring to one in each half unless you think the half time oranges influence anything?

It was a good performance all spoilt by a programme cover
Re: FT: CARDIFF CITY 3 - 0 ROTHERHAM UTD. Match thread
Seeing their 'keeper begin timewasting after our 3rd [60th minute], and at the final whistle around half the Rotherham players just collapsing, sums up the game. I've no idea how tough this league is, but I can't remember seeing a City side wear the opposition down completely as the did yesterday. It's also worth considering that Rotherham set up 5-4-1 with everyone behind the ball so not a lot of space for us to work in. Teams that come at us - probably mostly away games - may cause us problems, but will give us opportunities as well.

Yes struck me at 1 nil down their keeper asked their defender to leave the ball so he could take a few extra seconds to get to it.
It was a very good performance, particularly second half but I felt even in the first Rotherham never had much intention or belief they could win. Seems strange to me given they aren't that long removed from the championship.

Apologies ... I didn't realise there was one penalty claim in each half.
