It's actually not the women, but the job. I'm not outraged, I'm trying to suggest the job exists because of particular social norms. You've said few people are interested in grid girls but we should keep them anyway because it's an opportunity for particular (i.e. nubile) women. It sounds like you're the one speaking on their behalf.
As a feminist I think women should be allowed to do whatever job they want, i don’t see anything wrong with someone choosing to be a grid girl at all.
Likewise I don’t see a problem with F1 making a decision that they think a certain position isn’t required any more.
