Nah! League concentration. But it proves that there's not much strength in depth. panzo didn't do much to get a first team place. Neither did Gunnersonn

Nope, squad rotation and some good experience for a few youngsters.

Oh there’d certainly be a place for a young Gunnarsson:thumbup:

Hard to judge Panzo based on a game we clearly weren’t taking overly seriously where he played in a back 3 with a RWB and a midfielder.
With that being said, after the Ipswich game I’m more than comfortably jumping to the conclusion that Runarsson is a bit shit.

We've definitely been Bamboozled tonight (Page 152)

Re: BLACKBURN ROVERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
This is much easier to take after three league wins on the bounce. If we hadn't achieved that then this place would be meltdown. The biggest frustration (and it isn't that really) is that we haven't been able to see individual performances, so we can't take away any positives, if indeed there were any.

No, we just don’t have the options and a lot of games coming up.

Not seen the fifth goal, but I wouldn’t blame him for any of the first four and he did save a penalty.

Panzo not the player I was expecting

Re: FT: BLACKBURN ROVERS 5 - 2 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Plus points - it was bloody annoying that we couldn't watch any of the matches!
Robinson and Etete net - lots lament us being short of that top class striker - we have Robinson who should be starting up front every match, over Ugbo, and Etete seems to be improving.
Aside from that disappointing our patched together 2nd string couldn't manage another surprising win. We all would hope for Panzo to show the form he had last season at Cov, let's hope this is early days and he's just getting settled before showing his true worth.
No big deal.

It’s their only task as a football club to win games. The idea of not really trying to win a game riles me.

Yeah, not so far anyway.
I’d like to see more of him though.

Yep, my thoughts exactly.
Hard for me to get excited (or disappointed) when it's impossible to see the thing I'm supposed to be excited about.

Bulut’s three at the back with one central defender doesn’t work quite as well second time around!
Youngest ever subs bench for a first team game?
