For a team that relies hugely on free kicks and corners for their goals, the delivery has just got to be better.
Of course he should beat his man, you aren't wrong and I get its just an opinion, but why concentrate on a negative when overall the performance has been more positive?

No goals up front, out wide or in midfield. I'm at a loss with this lot.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
It's not much good saying "it's a better performance" when we still cannot score....at home....none this year yet....

pretty grim up front and their keeper could have gone for a beer!

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
Tommy Smith on Sky. Two awful sides, all being played in the middle of the park, no quality on show, dreadful game, it always rains in Cardiff!

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
They need to give away free tickets for the Stoke game, maybe 15000 might turn up.

And the lack of quality in the right areas.

Spot on in every respect. The quality bit is telling.... Can't people see it?

Absolutely turgid stuff.....

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
A few better performances, keeper looked brighter although only one real save to make. Just two poor teams though.

Didn't Tommy say how good colwill has played or how Etete just isn't getting the correct service, and if thing went certain players way then they would be much better. It's everyone else's fault.

A clean sheet in a bottom-half 6 pointer.
It'll do.

Also a thought Romeo did well.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
From what I saw that was a better performance than the recent abject rubbish served up.
We moved the ball more quickly, pressed in a co-ordinated manner and actually had a few chances!
There is a long way to go but it was a step in the right direction and at least we showed a bit of urgency, which I know should be the absolute minimum….

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
Nathan Blake was very critical of us using our wide attacking players in a defensive role while our full backs often had nothing to do. It was almost as if we had a back 6 at times. Doesn't really help if you're trying to play on the front foot.
Some might see a 0-0 against a side below us as a positive. I think it's a missed opportunity and further demonstrates how crap things have become.

It's the name of the game.
Another point away from the drop.
Grant and Colwill did OK most of the time (from the commentary I heard).
The goalkeeper (who has done well for two Championship clubs before) has started to find his feet.
The bar is very low!

The criminal justice system should start sentencing criminals to a season ticket at Cardiff City. Crime in South Wales would drop ten fold overnight.
Awful game
