Not in Wales it doesn't.

I think usually less than 100 people killed, of which about 25% are attributed to excess speed.

Still too many, and obviously doesn't make a difference in this case.

I dont think a speeding ticket warrants a resignation, and a comparison with Johnson who IMO should have been locked up for his habitual lying isn't a very good comparison.
