Re: NORWICH CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Thought we were quite good for ten minutes. Pity about the red cos it might scupper a few runouts for the younger lads.
Edit: Although we should give Turner a go - he might throw himself around a bit more.

Absolutely ... no real point in responding.
Let him have his say ... it's entertaining.

I get not wanting to let the team you stand by down, but this is no longer the team you fell in love with. It needs to be disciplined like a misbehaving teenager.
You keep popping up saying stuff like this. Schoolkids have a better grasp of how things work.

Mine alone won't. But you will absolutely see a reduce in season ticket revenue if kept at the same price, because I can count the other teams on League One worth watching on one hand.
This is not an easy decision, but we have no other means available to ourselves to rid ourselves of this rot. We need to vote with our wallets and make it clear we have lost confidence in this ownership. That's the only way things are going to eventually get better.

it's not the money, it's the principle, a refusal to encourage (through unwavering support) the status quo..
I understand the sentiment, I also understand why most folks don't wish to give up something they enjoy.

You either have no better solution or wish to actively enable what is happening. In either event, you're not in a position to insult my intelligence.

Whats difficult to understand?
Anyone who spends a few hundred quid to buy a season ticket to watch cardiff city play in league one- is a swansea fan.
Not sure whats hard to follow about that?

6 teams worth watching then.

Have you got any potential buyers in mind? If you have, are they offering somewhere close to what he’d want? Are the City a drain on his finances or are we a small cog? The one small cog in his business empire that’s failing. A quick Google will tell you how many pies the man has his finger in.
He doesn’t attend games, fans can shout, scream, protest etc until the cows come home, it doesn’t affect him one iota. He’s raking it in left, right & centre from various sources, losing a few bob in a Welsh backwater is a minor irritation. He most probably sees the Sala tragic situation as a bit of a project, a business challenge, a bit of interest if you like.
We’re stuck with him until he decides what to do, nobody else, just him. Or he passes aways, that scenario would see a major upheaval for us, if we’re to believe what his beneficiaries think about his dabbling in football.

I’ll be getting a season ticket in the next couple of weeks. You can call me a Tan apologist (or a Jack) if you like. I won’t care and neither will anyone else. It’ll be funny, though.

Are you happy with how things are at the club? Hopefully the answer is no, but that entails a follow-up question: What should and could we do about it as fans? Because I'm sick and tired of this abusive relationship with the ownership and board, and believe change is of imperative importance. We can't exactly have a coup and throw Tan out, he owns the club fair and square. So we need to resort to other means.
I'm not going to stop you from buying tickets and merchandise, it's your money, do what you want with it. But you are actively supporting an ownership and board that is killing the club, and there is no other way to interpret that.

I think a lot of people will care actually, given that attendance will dramatically drop no matter what I or anyone else says.

Re: NORWICH CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
