Re: FT: CARDIFF CITY 3 - 0 SWANSEA CITY. Match thread
Apart from the Goutas goal, it was noticeable how much better our corners were, than they had been all season. Caused Swansea problems all game.
Some one posted on here during the week that City were working on corners. Certainly looked like that today.

Rinomhota was superb as were most in the second half but he didn't put a foot wrong and looked like he could have played another 90 minutes, terrific engine on him.
Big respect to have come back into the team in recent weeks and actually put in some decent performances out of position, with today then probably being his best performance.

For once our players seemed to be more up for it and wanted it a lot more than theirs.
Wasn’t pretty but excellent result and they never really troubled us once we had the lead. Managed the game well.

Did anyone see what caused the handbags at the end?

Re: FT: CARDIFF CITY 3 - 0 SWANSEA CITY. Match thread
Meite offered his hand to a Jack (I don’t know which one) at the end of the game
The Jack removed his hand and Meite gave him a tap on the back of the head
Then it was handbags
I think some of our lot were trying to get to Franco as well
Tea cup and storm in spring to mind
They were upset they lost our lot were a bit over enthusiastic with the win
Bloody good to see for a change

I dont mind that, shows some passion and some fight
we have been moaning that our players havent been showing the fight to stay up, Maybe Riza is leading from the front ( or the stand for a few games )

What a pleasure it is to have nothing to complain about after a derby.

Who was the young man in a tracksuit waving the corner flag about?

They all were
Not a single player put a foot wrong.
I did wonder if we were going to bottle it when we were heading it in the air at any opportunity but we settled down quickly.

I got the impression that when the Jack players went over towards their fans, the fans were telling them to f..k off, as they weren’t happy with their performance. Losing this game is bad enough but when your team don’t turn up, it makes it even worse.

Re: FT: CARDIFF CITY 3 - 0 SWANSEA CITY. Match thread
I could have done with them getting a consolation goal as I had a tenner on 3-1 @ 22-1

I'd say a good 60% were, the others sort of clapping. The Jack players didn't venture too close to them, kept a good distance !
