I agree with you regarding NG finding a new club in January.
He always wants that extra touch which invites pressure.
All too often, it results in him just aimlessly hitting the ball long. If he decides to go short, his passes are not crisp enough, they're telegraphed and puts the receiver under pressure.

He also doesn't have much of a football brain.

I live in Stockport and a mate treated me to a 3 course meal and 3 pints using his boss's corporate tickets. The late goal made me feel like after enjoying their hospitality all day I then nicked their telly as they went up to bed 😃
