Got to ride this half and hope Port Vale tail off a bit, then the space should open up.

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
We’re lucky they’re not very good. It can only get better second half.

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
A rare bit of flair from Willock.

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Anyone know why Salech's kit is numberless?

Kneed in the face from a centre half

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Another shit long ball by Chambers!!!

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Playing like this we're not getting out of this Division any time soon.

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Port Vale won’t keep this pace and intensity up 2nd half
-
Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Our weaknesses highlighted.
We need a dominant CB alongside Lawlor who looks good on the ball.

The whole team could do with a knee in the face a HT

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Bagan’s having a poor game this evening, Wintle is anonymous and Chambers is looking every inch a League One player.
The encouraging thing is it’s still 0-0 because we don’t really deserve to be level at the break.

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
If City get into the top 6 at the end of the season my p****s a bloater.

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Everything changes and nothing changes.
Hopefully can at least improve going forward,.I don't think there's a lot we can do to compete at the back with the personnel we have.

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Joel's the only player who looks like he's performing above average here. Wing play isn't good enough, and Chambers is just bad in a CB role. Port Vale definitely look the stronger team tonight, thankfully they can't finish.

They’ve really been on the front foot. Some of their build up play has been brilliant but I think if we matched their aggressiveness we’d be on three yellow cards already.
Salech looking a lonely figure again.

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
I thought wintle has been the only player who has turned up so far??
-
Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
We look so lightweight, any team could just power through us. And yes, Chambers looks dreadful. Can't really find any positives from the 1st half.
-
Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Shocked we didn't play Fish, we need someone who can head. We need to get King on to screen the back 4, probably will Colwill. Also, I forgot how much I despise Chris Willock. Bagan and Chambers are absolutely having one as well.

I think Joel's looked good too. But they're bypassing our midfield a lot and our defenders are getting outclassed by experience here. And our wingers have been piss poor. Might need some strength to fight man-to-man here.

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Bleeding obvious what this team is missing. Our back line is getting absolutely dominated in the air. Losing pretty much every set piece, corner, free kicks, long throws, goal kicks. There is no way this backline is good enough to get us back into the championship. We are crying out for a dominant physical center-back. Something most of us have been saying all summer!
