Huge majority
Popularity has dropped already, people had forgotten what a Labour government was like, taking from hard workers to give it to the shirkers, normal service will resume after your five years.
He's fecked everything up already it's only been six weeks, it feels like years and that's even before the tax em to death budget.

There would have been a run on the pound if they didn't do it.

Your mealy mouthed crap about 100% fair really doesn't cut it.
Who will get the Pension Credit, people that didn't put anything into a pension of their own, people who worked harder and tried to save even a little bit, no Winter fuel allowance for you, we take your money to reward those that don't work hard or want to save for their future, so we know why some people prefer Labour don't we!

Keep dreaming sonny
In the latest YouGov poll, Two Tier Keir’s favourability ratings has fallen to their lowest levels since he became PM.
Favourable: 35% (-3, vs 13-14 August)
Unfavourable: 56% (+4)
Turns out the public don’t like hypocritical, dishonest and duplicitous politicians.

Before the bigger tax hits, he'll crash the economy Liz Truss style if he hits Pension tax free cash and or CGT, there will be outflows from pension funds and the sell-off of buy to lets, and the shyte will really hit the fan.

Opinion Polls are complete bollocks
They had Labour on 42 percent and the vote share they got was 35
Reform were on 18 percent , ended up 14
Stop worrying

It’s like talking to a deranged narcissist with certain posters and in particular you.
The squeeze on the hardworking public and hardworking retired people is on and you are arguing about nicknames are You Gov polls.
Your views are irrelevant as they are so politically motivated , but suppose you get a some sort of special treatment and recognition on this platform where you wouldn’t have got elsewhere on a daily basis.
Out of interest are you an Facebook ?

What on earth are you talking about ?
The Tories have lost the election
It was obvious that the early stages ....in this case days .....would be topsy-turvy
What we have at the moment is people who are not happy with a Labour government ....the likes of you ......jumping up and down
You want them to fail , desperately....but it's at least 5 years
That's the way it is

I’m not bothered either way as I know that voters such as yourself think they have the illusion of choice when infact every party is very similar apart from the odd policy here and there. I just find it hard to comprehend that you can’t resonate with that and prefer to believe that the Labour government is different to the Tory Party or any other political system when it’s not and prefer spend hours of your day arguing. ( not just on political issues)Its tragic.

Well you are the one who voted Tory so you clearly thought THEY were a choice
And you are the one belting out these threads
So you clearly are bothered

I’ve just given you my thoughts and opinions so why don’t you just accept what I’ve just stated. Just because someone creates a thread doesn’t mean they are bothered.
Same with the City , I can discuss issues the style of play etc but I’m not particularly bothered if they win or lose as long as I have a good day out with either my peers or my son and wife.
I’m more exited about my son’s football team these days ,and I’ve also taken up a new sport which I’m more passionate about than the City. The rebrand probably didn’t help , plus the move to the new stadium is pretty boring for me but I can see the appeal for families.

I am not going to accept what you have stated as your thoughts and opinions are biased against this new government
I can't accept something I totally disagree with can I?

Maybe at the next election the libs will be needed in a coalition
Until then it's all irrelevant

Sludge, you're defending the indefensible. So much of what happened between 2010 and 2024 was indefensible and now Starmer's Labour party are being equally cruel to many people whose lifestyle's will suffer because of a Government's austerity policies - just so happens that this one is, allegedly, left of centre.

There was no way that Labour could right all the wrongs in a swipe of the pen
Plenty of people who benefitted from the sale of council houses at a cheap rate ......through the use of public money to incentivise .....which led to cuts for other people .....and the tory years of tax cuts ......again meaning other people and other services were cut are now chomping at the bit to have a go at starmer
I don't buy it

Labour didn't have to start adding to the list of wrongs by cutting cold weather payments for pensioners though did they. It's right up there with the cuts the coalition Government made to support for the disabled in terms of cruelty. I had no great expectation of this Government being a friend of those least able to support themselves in life, but they've proved themselves to be worse than I was expecting

You are a virtual signalling idiot , the lack of empathy you have shown towards the elderly shows what kind of character you really are.

It's nowhere near the same
Being old is not a disability
And pensioners have more disposable income than disabled people
