Bagan good too but Stockport did create quite a few clear cut chances and with better finishing could have won the game convincingly.
Trott made some key saves to keep us in with a chance of stealing a point, that's why he gets my vote.

Stockport have always looked decent in recent seasons. I'm not so sure about their defence but we really never got players that far up the pitch to find out.

Was outstanding, was in the wrong end today and he was a cut above. Lawlor has to start along side him, or Osho!

Indeed
The disappointing aspect of today is that Chambers and Ng failed to make a positive impact.
We need them to and they should want to own those positions.

They both should start in Tuesdays team, we’re going to need them to be match fit. and clearly they both aren’t
Re: FT: STOCKPORT 1 - 1 CARDIFF. Match thread
How thick is NG to grab their attacker when the cross went a distance above his head. Such a lack of awareness and he’s really not impressed over the last season and half
Re: FT: STOCKPORT 1 - 1 CARDIFF. Match thread
It felt like the issue defensively today was in the middle of the pitch in the zone between the defence and midfield. We conceded a lot of space and possession in there. But who cares with the last minute equaliser!
Re: FT: STOCKPORT 1 - 1 CARDIFF. Match thread
Looking at the stats today we lost almost 50% of challenges, which is criminal, I just don’t see the energy in Ng any more,Kpakio offers us so much going forward,we looked unbalanced and one paced today, every time I see Chambers named in central defence,I shake my head, I’ve never seen him have a decent game there and his uncertainty transmits itself to others around him,Fish I thought was excellent today in the centre of an unbalanced back four.

2 mins of highlights on this page from Sky and the only City highlight was the goal.
absolute robbery. but what a feeling when we scored

You're so right! My optimistic head says its early in the season and BBM is both managing and exploring resources. I think today's match will have given him a much better idea how on how our best selection may settle down for the rest of the season
