Re: QUEENS PARK RANGERS v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
At times, there didn't seem any urgency when Horvath had the ball at his feet, likewise when we were taking throw-ins. You'd think we were trying to run down the clock to protect a lead.

Brace yourself. Riza is about to say any point away from home is a good one in this league.......

It was the same last week. Couldn’t believe how long Horvath took to take goal kicks and free kicks. He doesn’t seem to realise we need wins.

Mathematically out of the playoffs because of today - bet the board are fuming as that was their minimum goal 🤔
Glad dalman has found his mojo - god help us if he hadn't

Plymouth do as showed today.
Luton 3 wins in March and drawing v Leeds.
Derby 4 wins in a row before today.
Hull going to shef wed today and winning (Also won at shef u and Sunderland etc...)
Oxford beating shef u today.
I can't see how we could do any of what those 5 sides have just done?
I was thinking exactly the same.
We get destroyed at Leeds and yet Luton take a point off them and Oxford beat Sheffield Utd. Lots of results that we could just never achieve.
Time is running out and sadly for us so is our reliance on other teams being useless.

We don't play out from the back.

Two dreadful sides out there today, we were shit, QPR worse in my opinion, but lets hear it for that little isolated bit of quality that can make all the difference when two joke outfits bang heads........ There wasn't any. Colwill couldn't work the keeper with his attempt in the first half, neither could Salech. Robinson and Meite couldn't trouble the keeper with two excellent chances from crosses. If one of those had gone in and we had won 1-0, then we'd still be shit all over the pitch, but it would have meant an extra 2 points in the bag. No quality when it matters, no responsibility, no character. Weak.

You’ve really lost the plot in recent weeks, Hilts. Don’t know what’s happened to you.
Your right I probably have.🤣
I would say reading and talking about people looking forward to L1 isn't helping. It's mental.

He's happy with a point and he's run out of ideas.

It is mental, if they would like to explain their logic, or even do one of those power point things, i'd be interested to see it.

He held back as well, 'Half chances' yeah, right, we had some good chances. It must be killing him.

He still looks and acts like a competition winner. Which is pretty much what he is. Wonder who he will be managing next season and how low he will have to drop to get a job?

I'm not looking forward to league 1 but let's be honest it is our turn and we deserve it - we've been dog shit for a while now but regardless of league unless there is a mindset change at the top and those consistent factors such as dalman Choo ramasaut etc are gone then nothing will change
What I'm not looking forward to is another season like the last 4 or 5

He might get Steve Morison's job, if he's lucky.

Just realised we didn't have a full bench today - any reason for that surely we have under 21s who can sit on the bench - Giles perrett simic etc?

If he means me, what I actually said was that, on a personal level, I wouldn’t be too bothered about relegation and I’d look forward to seeing how our younger players would do in League One - it’s hardly saying I want us to go down.

I don't mean just you.🤣 I'm referring to loads of people not just on here people I speak to etc. It's crazy. Relegation is going to be a disaster in my opinion of course.
So many people seem to not care about going back to those horrible decades in the lower leagues. I don't get it.
I also know nobody wants us to go down.

I don’t think it would be decades in the lower leagues this time - there’s no comparison between the club we were in the 80s and the one we are now. Also, I wonder if relegation would force Vincent Tan into more decisive action in terms of things like managerial appointments and transfer policy.

I said in the week, performances don't matter now, just results. Someone had to stand up and be counted, they couldn't today. We're gone, this is the worst side we've ever had at this level by a mile.

We've apparently spent 15m in the last 3 windows and we had the 7th highest wage bill in the league last season. He's spending money, he's just completely clueless

Would be mental if we went down to the Nationwide and Wrexam got to the prem. Proving that brains are more important than money

I think you'll find Wrexham have got where they have because of money.
We are going where we are due to lack of brains though.
