We ended up making the first payment to Nantes to get a loan striker from Denmark in the last hour of the transfer window. It is quite hard to describe just how bad it is here at the moment.

Just run the club competently is all we ask for as fans.

I cannot believe that anybody with an ounce of football knowledge looked at this squad, looked at the performances so far this season and thought we only needed a striker and it would fix all our problems. It is madness.
When did we make that payment, the 10th ? that left 3 weeks to do some decent business. I actually wonder if the club's energies in appointing Lamouchi suggest that they think the window also restricts them to appointing a manager before the 31st Jan.
