Glad it went ahead after the flooding and fighting threatened to see it called off.
What a great game but such a shame that Georgia didn't get the point their play deserved. Boy did they miss some chances.
When I see teams play as fluently as this I have to keep checking to see if Wales are still in the top 100 ! Based on ball skills and fluidity of movement alone we are a million miles from where we need to be to compete with these nations.
Page should have been fired after that game. When Guler came on as a sub we gave him the freedom of the park. Being the curious type, I googled him after the final whistle and within seconds I found a number of carbon copies of that exact same goal, and a report that he had already agreed a move to Real Madrid. It makes you wonder what type of prep Page and his team do before a match if they had no clue about that trademark goal of his.Quote:

Portugal made very hard work of beating the Czechs. Not sure if they've got the cutting edge of some of the other teams.
