There are two political leaders on that stage. The head of the most powerful democracy in the world and the Argentinian President, hosting the event who looks bemused and humiliated by his behaviour. Given that Trump hasn't tweeted anything derogatory about Argentina or its leaders, what do you think the geo-political advantage the legend achieved by this?

You’ll be immune to economic hardship when it all goes tits up because you voted leave?
Good luck with that and I hope Q Anon will provide some comfort to you 😉👍

The EU are next on the list to renegotiate a fairer trade deal with the US.

I'm just quoting what he said, but I doubt the $151 billion a year trade defecit will exist after Trump is finished, so the EU will need to recoup the money elsewhere, and it looks like Macron has already made a start on that with his fuel tax.

Presumably a goodly proportion of the $151b :sherlock:deficit will be something that Trump will seek to diminish when the US negotiates a new trade deal with the UK as and when the UK is able to enter into those negotiations. Could be never under the May deal of course.
What that has to do with Macron (not the EU) seeking to deal with France's traditional undertaxing of a diesel fuel that it considers to be a contributor to climate change is anybody's guess!

Brussels call the shots, and now Macron is paying the price. Either that or he is very stupid

What do you mean by Brussels calling the shots? I know you consume vast amounts of evidence from all political quarters before you articulate your well considered views so feel free to share why you think this is so.

So when Mueller filed the recommendation to the court that Flynn had "provided first hand information about the content and context of interactions between the transition team and Russian Government officials" and "substantial assistance in a criminal investigation" in a heavily redacted document because those investigations are on going presumably there is nothing to see aboard the Trump Collusion Delusion Express?:sherlock:

When viewed as part of the "insurance policy", it looks like the plan failed, so now we have to wait for the 302's to see if they were altered after the fact.

Doesnt look like to me that Mueller’s plans have failed
Is this what you’re referring to?
From the outside it looks a very professional investigation led by a man with previous for convicting serious organised criminals.

It all depends if he was working with Peter Strzok and Andrew McCabe or against them. It was Obama people and journalists who initially targeted Flynn under the Logan Act, via unmasking and leaking. Only two people have ever been indicted on charges of violating the Act, one in 1802 and the other in 1852. Neither was convicted of violating the Act. The only reason they did it was to get at Trump, by pushing the Trump Russia Collusion conspiracy. Don't worry, the truth is all going to come out, and then we can evaluate what Mueller was really up to.

I’m not worried.
What truth is coming out (in your opinion)?

So Flynn was prosecuted under the Logan Act then. News to me.

Targetted by people with no prosecutive powers, wow! Anyway he did plead guilty to making materially false statements to the FBI. Furthermore despite wild rantings about the FBI changing statements it would appear that Flynn decided the best action open to him was to fully co-operate with Mueller rather than challenge the process as illegal and misleading.
As someone who I know only forms conclusions on the basis of painstaking reviews of official documents why do you believe the version of events you have aired today and on other occasions rather than the official document filed with the court seeking mitigating sentencing due to Flynn's co-operation in giving first hand evidence of Trump transition team "interactions" with Russian government officials and his substantial assistance in a criminal investigation.
ps - have read the Treehouse version of events which incredibly mirrors your original argument.

Who provided the glue between these three quotes do you think?
1) M.Flynn guilty just rewards for lying to the President. It shows Trump made the right decision to fire him.
2) Very likely FBI changed the interview 302s which means that Flynn is going to walk and sue their sorry asses.
3) ps Charges against Flynn will be dropped!

Trump firing Flynn had nothing to do with the Mueller investigation. If it transpires that the 302's were altered, of course the charges will be annulled and compensation sought. You are really trying a bit too hard to defend all of these people. I hope it works out well for your kind of people, so that you don't become forever tainted by them

So let me get this right. The conspiracist theory that the interview notes were changed has been around for over 6 months. Yet in that period neither Flynn nor his legal team has done anything to challenge the charges against him and continued to fully co-operate with Mueller. Strange that.
Trump's firing Flynn had nothing to do with Mueller? I guess neither did Donny asking Comey to "give him a break" then (cf Rudy Guliani ABC News)!

Took him an hour to write those five tweets - one every 10-12 minutes and then a big push of 20 minutes to get the last one done. :hehe:
