This is going to be one great result for Socialism
At last there will be a return to good old fashioned Socialism.
Labour have got a kick in the arse for deserting it . The Libs got what they really deserved for lying in filth . The SNP have shown the way to kick Tory scum out of their country.
The downside is, we will have shit to put up with for a few more years , however it will be a price worth paying to re establish true Socialist ideals after the next election. Though rebuilding the NHS will be costly. As will also be the cost of repairing the Social fabric of this country.

I think you are clutching at straws Mick, however I don't think it'll turn out to be as great a night for the Tory party as currently suggested. It's going to be very difficult for Cameron to govern with such a small majority, if indeed they get that.

Not seen the latest predictions, but if it is a minority government and the Lib Dems decide not to support the Tories again, it would be ironic after all of their warnings about the disaster that a Labour /SNP alliance if they had to rely on a party from Northern Ireland to keep them in power.

One of the problems the Labour party seem to have had if you include Scotland is that the left wing vote is so separated. I don't know if separating that further will help things.

The current predictions are that they will win a majority government, but only by a couple of seats at best. That being the case history shows how toxic that can be, so I can't see how they would do it without some sort of alliance.

Rebuilding the NHS will not be costly, buying it back from the private companies it is being sold to will. Not going to be a big battle though given that many private companies have already discovered that you can't provide a decent service and make a profit at the same time. The worry will be areas where the private companies hold on and just give a reduced service to the public.
