While I do not want to criticise a young player, what has Colwill done to deserve to even be in the Welsh squad? Haven't seen him ever do anything for Cardiff or Wales, awful performance first half, everything has bounced him and he has just given away fouls.

Agreed, Lawrence had a horror ten minutes and you just don’t expect Gunter to make mistakes like that in international football. Wales got careless for about two or three minutes before the penalty.

Doesn't help that he's an attacking midfielder but Page is playing him back to goal as a centre forward. Piss poor management from a bloke who is way out of his depth coaching a top 20 international team.

We could be 4-1 down. Horrible stuff. The likes of Gunter, Lawrence and Morrell are not up to it.

In view of the number of first teamers missing, you've got to cut them some slack. If our first XI was playing, you wouldn't see a return to the "bad old days". We've just been dealt a horrible hand on this occasion.

James Lawrence and Chris Mepham are first teamers and they've been absolutely horrendous

Lawrence is the worst centre half I have seen in a Welsh shirt. He gets beaten so easily

We haven’t been that bad. Very depleted team, and we’ve been on top most of the game. They’re just too quick for us on the break. We miss Rodon and Roberts the most. I think Johnson has done well.
