kinda looking forward now to another good thumping

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
Really interested how we line up.
I think Turnbull will come in, not sure what else we have to throw at it.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
Rovers capable of scoring a few, but defence shaky. If they nick an early goal I think it's game over. Can't see us scoring.
1-0 Blackburn

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
I think the big question is whether the manager tries 532 at home or whether he will revert to 433. Our wingers have flattered deceive. Play 2 up top. May just put Blackburn under pressure.

If there's no improvement in this game then get rid.
That's a very low bar I'm setting to be fair.

Passing to someone in the same colour shirt would be a start

Some fans really do expect too much!

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
Bulut should start his best 11 'injuries allowing' every week, all this swapping and changing the starting lineup got to be unsettling for the squad. 2 -0 Blackburn

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
Does anyone else not want to go?
I will, but to say I'm not enthusiastic is an understatement
0-3 I'll go for with the hope of being proved wrong

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
Like I said earlier in the thread, Blackburn have decent forwards and I don't see our defence keeping a clean sheet. With our attackers misfiring it will take a super optimist to think we will win tomorrow.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
I would forgive another defeat to see some kind of attempt to attack from the off.

He doesn't know what his best 11 is. That's why he keeps changing the starting line up

We've had successive managers who haven't known what their best 11 is. When you're winning regularly, it's easy.

God help us if the manager don't know his best 11. He's been working and watching them long enough to figure out what players he needs to win a game. I'm no expert but he should start Ralls, Siopis and Colwill as often as he can. Only bring Wintle on if we are 5-0 up with 10 minutes to go.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
lets go balls out and play them off the park with a 352 of
------Horvath
---Ng - Goutas - Phiilps
Bowler - Ralls - Siopis - Colwill - wilson-esbrand
---- Grant - Ashford
5-4 classic

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
I fancy us tonight. Law of averages etc. one of them has to do something half decent at some point.

We used to be average. In the first batch of games we were maybe better than average. But we haven't been average for a while.
I hope but do not expect.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
Blackburn are three places below us in the table yet are at considerably shorter odds than us despite being away
Weirder still we're 4 points better than them in the ten game form guide

Horvath; Romeo, Goutas, Phillips, Collins; Siopis, Wintle; Bowler, Colwill, Grant; Etete.
Subs: Turner, Ralls, Turnbull, Sawyers, Diedhiou, Wilson-Esbrand, Tanner, Ng, Ashford.
Why change a winning formula... 🤦

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
Ahh great
Can’t we just play a 4-4-2?

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
Glad he’s changed frim the back 3, but still a little underwhelming.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
Let’s hope no one I defence gets injured, NG can’t be fully fit and Esbrand is awful.
