Villa Park tonight was not an enjoyable place to watch football, whether up in the stand or below in the crush.
the crush on the north stand concourse was awful. i got to my seat about 7.10 and stayed there until the match finished. fab view from the stand and more comfortable when stood up because the rows were fitted in when men were 5'6 and not made for today's larger frame.Quote:

Yeah, those old grounds have character, but when you've become used to safe environments (like the CCS) you tend to be more aware of the potential hazards of these antiquated grounds.
