A recommendation to close the investigation was ignored 20 days before the entrapment interview took place.

Re: General Michael Flynn
So they kept the case open without any evidence until they could hatch their plan to ambush interview General Flynn?

Behave yourself for once! I have never made a single comment on this board about 'Russia Collusion' before - let alone 5 times before.
If you are interested (I'm not) my view is that the Russians have interfered in the US elections since at least 2016 and done it to benefit Trump and the Republicans. The contacts between the Trump campaign and actors for Russia have been documented beyond any reasonable doubt. The legal concept of 'collusion' is specific and I am quite prepared to accept that Trump and his campaign did not do enough to meet that definition. He did though consistently try to pervert the investigation and to use threats and bribes to affect the outcome. He certainly achieved a frightened and timid reaction from Mueller who was consistently passive and self-censoring throughout.
I also have no difficulty believing that Putin has something (a lot) on Trump and therefore some influence over his actions - whether that is prostitutes urinating on him in a Moscow hotel room previously used by the Obamas, or the complete audit trail on Trump laundering dirty Russian money through his Florida real estate deals.
Just my opinion. Other opinions (in your case lame, sycophantic and brainwashed by Fox) are also available.

Whaddya think?, either Lisa page and or James Baker have flipped, and possibly why these documents have become available, Sidney Powell mentioned yesterday that she has documents that they were unaware of in addition to the one she knew existed, they (Baker & page) are both Lawyers!!! Lisa Page has been a bit care free on twitter, possibly taken a plea deal?.

I think I've read your opinion before, I'm sure I saw it on CNN
If the Mueller prosecution team and FBI get into any trouble over the Flynn case, then the entire contents of the Mueller report will have to be looked at again.

There have been no leaks, but I'm sure there will be some people who are cooperating.

I know very little about Flynn or his "crime", but, amid all of the triumphalism about an exoneration that was supposed to happen last week I believe, here's an alternative point of view which I make no comment on;-

Excellent piece.
It describes beautifully not only the increasingly desperate and pathetic script of the Trump gang in their attempts to rewrite history and deflect from the latest buffoonery - including the acolytes on this board - but also their psychology.

Are you expecting someone (anyone) to give a running commentary on Fox News clips posted by Gluey (without comment himself most of the time) that serve only to promote misinformation and Trump's victim fantasies? You didn't even bother to comment yourself!

The judge halted the individual filing of new evidence being unearthed by the US Attorney for Missouri who is reviewing the Flynn case. For some reason the judge wants it all delvered in one batch after the review is finalized. There is already enough evidence to clear Flynn, so it is more of a technical delay, but feel free to carry on hoping and believing that nothing will happen if it makes you feel better.

Come on, I just happened on to this thread last week to read something which sounded like that storm which you told us was brewing in Washington what seems like two or three years ago now was going to finally break any day soon, so it's a bit of a damp squid to see that nothing earth shattering whatsoever has happened a week or more later - if Flynn is truly innocent, then, fine, pardon him as far as I'm concerned.

The storm was actually the CrossfireHurricane operation.

Re: General Michael Flynn
Why did Flynn admit to making false statements ?, is Flynn a Russian spy ?

So more of a gentle breeze as far as the ordinary man and woman in the street are concerned then.

It depends on where you are getting your information from. I also read what you read, so I understand where you are coming from, but blissful ignorance is not a valid excuse for being uninformed.
