Nothing wrong with that song. Obviously dated now, but in the weeks leading up to the final, it was a brilliant tongue in cheek song and video. A whole lot better than some of the shite that’s been released over the yrs by cup final teams.

It was a shocking song the fake Indian link between ccfc and the ayatollah was cringeworthy

He may have been the son of an ex city journalist but he knew feck all about ccfc and the history of the ayatollah , it seems to me he was just trying to make a quick buck

Was at a charity dinner, where he was one of the speakers, as you said "very funny" and topical as well.

Everyone knows it started at Lincoln in the old fourth division by Eric the red and the 200 city fans who were there joined in , my head was killing me at full time

Worked on a TV show with him back when he was Paddy McGuinesses opening act on tour. Nice enough bloke, despite this pile 'o shite song/video.

One of those “I was there moments” with the city.

Went up by train with a mate of mine after a quite a few beers the night before and was still pissed the following morning.
