Unbelievable, Bolton chairman said that it would take a special fee to let him go and was quoted as saying £6m all the papers now are picking that figure, does anyone believe that we would pay that? there must be more stupid people about than me :hehe:
I reckon that we will only pay around the £3m mark and that would be with addons, personally I believe that Warnock will pull a rabbit out of the hat, and will surprise us all:thumbup:

Anything over £1million is absolute madness, and those authorising it nwould need to be locked up.

So if we take what you say to be correct (which I dont by the way) why exactly are we trying to sign him ?. According to you, its a deliberate ploy to ensure that we fall down the table and avoid the play offs. What a stupid thing to post !. You started this thread with a smart arse attack on Warnock, and then went out of your way to promote the claim that the club would pay £6m up front for Madine. I don't know what the fee will be if we sign him but I seriously doubt the figure. But I have never claimed to know anything about the club's business, let alone everything. Phillips is probably right when he clims he's been told it's £6m.

I've no doubt someone told him that was the fee.

That doesn't make the fee the correct one, does it or has Phillips got magical sources who are always correct even though the club have clamped down on leaks.

It was tongue in cheek ffs. You lot are way too sensitive. I just posted what I saw on Twitter. Rob was talking to some city fans and was asked if it was the reported 6m and he’s said yes.

I’d believe Rob Phillips over anything posted on here so I guess we’re not going to agree there.
