Re: MILLWALL v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
They're not in great form, having lost 5 out of the 7 games they've played in 2022.
Although that included narrow defeats against Crystal Palace and Forest, and the obligatory tonking by Fulham.
Their last 2 home games they beat west brom and played out a 0-0 against Preston.
I'd settle for a draw.

Re: MILLWALL v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
They played on Tuesday whereas we played on Wednesday night, so they have an extra day's recovery. That can make a big difference, although hopefully that will be counteracted by the squad getting a lift from the performance against Peterborough, and Milwall having a crushing defeat against Fulham

Re: MILLWALL v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Draw for me 2-2
Be interesting what team is picked. I expect a couple of changes to freshen up team. Harris for Davies pretty well nailed on and I wouldn't be surprised to see Vaulks start instead of Ralls, who clearly has some sort of long term injury problem. Other change might see our right back rested and Denham brought in.

yeah expecting a couple of changes, ralls and Doyle were taken off early on Sunday so I think they'll start.

Re: MILLWALL v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Fancy a win tomorrow their form is not great, were off the back of some good results, new lads have kicked started our season , 3-1 City , should get a decent price for that .

Does seem to be 4th choice for midfield after Ralls, Boyle and Winkle so I expect him to replace any of those in case of injury.

Re: MILLWALL v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
It just depends what team he puts out. If it's Wednesdays then I'll go 1-2, anything else and it could be a loss.

Re: MILLWALL v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
3-0 City, easy-peasy written all over this, form and momentum, no way we lose.

Match facts
- 12 of the last 17 league meetings between Millwall and Cardiff have been drawn (one Millwall win, four Cardiff wins).
- Cardiff City are looking to record a league double over Millwall for the first time since the 2012-13 season.
- Millwall are looking to keep three consecutive home league clean sheets for the first time since April 2018 under Neil Harris.
- Cardiff are winless in 15 away league matches in London (D5 L10) since a 3-1 victory with Brentford under Neil Warnock back in March 2018.
- Millwall manager Gary Rowett has never lost a home Championship match against Cardiff City in five previous meetings (W2 D3).
-

I'd have started Davies, nevertheless.

I'm guessing he needs a bit more rest after the Peterborough match.

Maybe Harris offers a bit more running away from home.
Either way a decent line up.
