Etheridge has 10 clean sheets.
Mendez-Lang did not stop running and trying things, even though Hull had a full court press on him.
No shots himself but he sets his own standards, yes he has had better games but he was equal if not better than the average team score.
He was pushing Bamba for MOM in my opinion.
As for the defence, they are one unit. There must be confidence in one another and you don't keep 10 clean sheets without being a good keeper.
Etheridge being 'shaky' was a result of a lack of communication within the defence.
The lad deserves much credit for his performances to date.

Lino 10/10 for not flagging Bamba offside for the goal -
which he was, if only by an inch.

I don't usually agree with you about.... anything. But I do on this.
Pilkington hasn't played for ages - a few u23s and a cup game I think in 6 months. He is not match fit. He was frustrating at times with the offsides (though not too many) and the flick ons to no-one (but was that his fault or his team mates who didn't run in behind), but throughout he was trying. He was also on the wrong end of a good few decisions where he should have had a foul called (and at least one offside was a bad call too). But he gave over an hour and did a job - and kept trying - and provided the assist for the Bamba goal.
It wasn't a MOM performance but I was irritated with some of the criticism of him I heard in the Ninian. In the circumstances he is due a bit of slack and a bit of credit.
Looking at some of the ratings on here, if you didnt know the result youd think that we'd won 4 or 5 nil.
Agreed.
Etheridge 5 (shaky on a day when he had very little to do)
Peltier 7 (usual defensive display and I thought he was a little more effective going forward than normal)
Manga 7 (very close to an 8)
Bamba 8 (his normal self)
Bennett 7 (going through a consistent spell)
Mendez-Laing 6 (his effectiveness is coming back after his injury)
Damour 6 (bit unlucky not to get a 7, got better as the game went on)
Ralls 8 (most improved player of the season for me)
Hoilett 7 (not quite on his game first half, very good second half apart from that miss)
Tomlin 7 (really poor start, but if one player was responsible for our gradual improvement in the last hour of the game it was him)
Pilkington 6 (it would have been 5, but he really does lack match fitness)
Subs
Bogle 5 (but I wonder how fit he was?)
Paterson 6 (gets a point for the highest clearance I've ever seen at the ground!)
Halford 6 (some useful touches to stop Hull developing attacking momentum)
Professional footballer, paid a 5 figure weekly salary gets applauded for trying. Bizarre to say the least.
Think everyone is being a bit harsh on damour thought he played well and got in some great positions shooting just let him down
