What fixtures are you looking forward to next year ?
Southampton, Brighton, Bournemouth and Newcastle away for me.
Also Spurs with their new ground if they are in there.
Are Chelsea playing at Wembley next season?
Also like The Emirates and West Ham will be a new one.
Fulham is good if they go up and I like Villa Park..

Re: What fixtures are you looking forward to next year ?
Will probably be looking at going to about 5 or 6 aways depending on how the fixtures fall.
Would look to be going to West Ham, Spurs, Arsenal and maybe some of the south coast clubs.

Re: What fixtures are you looking forward to next year ?
Firstly new grounds for me to watch City play.
Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge, London Stadium, New White Hart Lane.
Seen a Manchester derby back in the 80's at Old Trafford but not seen Cardiff play there.
Have been on a stadium tour at Stamford Bridge but not seen Cardiff play there.
Went to the Olympics in 2012 but not seen Cardiff play there.
Saw City in the cup at White Hart Lane. But it has to be seen as a new ground now

Re: What fixtures are you looking forward to next year ?
Palace, Arsenal, Man United, Hopefully Fulham would be the aways I’d look forward too

Re: What fixtures are you looking forward to next year ?
West Ham's new ground and the New White hart Lane will be the only grounds I haven't seen City play at, so I'll need to do both of them.

The ones we can win against the 'Big' Clubs.
Everton
West Ham
Aston Villa
Newcastle.
The rest are either shitty smaller clubs or behemoths we'll struggle to score against.
-
Re: What fixtures are you looking forward to next year ?
I'm looking forward to them all. You never know when a moment of magic will come, like the home game against Villa or away at Wolves.
-
Re: What fixtures are you looking forward to next year ?
Many seem to making decisions based on new/special stadiums or cities to visit but in terms of which fixtures will be an attractive/interesting watch would anyone still say Bournemouth? Think we'll be frustrated with gamesmanship from several sides and it will be teams like Spurs, Liverpool, Huddersfield - where clash of styles and want to play football - will be games we come away from enjoying most.

Re: What fixtures are you looking forward to next year ?
Chelsea Bournemouth away and Wolves home stick out for me.

Never been up to Newcastle.
Silly questions (sorry):
Has Newcastle away historically been a sell-out for Cardiff fans?
Do supporters who go to away games get preference over ST holders?
My brother (who took me to my 1st game in 1969) now lives in Edinburgh and wants to meet up for the match.
As a ST holder, am I entitled to buy more than one ticket?

Do supporters who go to away games get preference over ST holders? No, you cannot buy an away ticket unless you are a season ticket holder or member

NO, you can only buy one ticket
Hope this helps

He could get membership for away games and that should sort him his Newcastle ticket as I doubt we will sell out.
It would also give him a chance of tickets for any other games home and away.
There will be plenty spare for Huddersfield and Burnley I'm sure !

Didn't we sell out Newcastle when we played there on the Friday night about 10 years ago.
I think 3500 went

Re: What fixtures are you looking forward to next year ?
I'm just looking forward to one game at a time.

You may be right, as the game was originally scheduled for the Saturday afternoon, but was moved very late in the day, when a lot of fans had already booked their trips.
Got stuffed 5-1, An Aaron scored for us (not Ramsey)

Thanks for all the replies.
I need my brother to become a member for away games then.

I am not saying it will be a total waste of money, but, given the amount of interest there will be for away games, I can't see many tickets being left after all season ticket holders have been serviced.

I'm sure there will be plenty of oppprtunity for him and Newcastle is definitely one where I'd expect us to struggle to sell our allocation.

Re: What fixtures are you looking forward to next year ?
The only thing I’m looking forward to next season is seeing how NW approaches the matches. The league itself I have no interest in as it’s rigged in favour of the teams seen to be important for attracting money.
I knew I wasn’t that enamoured about going up but I’m still surprised about how little I’m looking forward to next season. Hopefully I’ll get more interested as the season approaches.

I’m looking forward to seeing Spurs’ new ground.

Agreed. Aways in the Championship have far more interest than in the PL.
I was looking forward to WBA and the Jacks, away but.....Of the PL grounds, Everton away (view isn't too bad so long as you are near to the front), Watford (only cos it's an easy train journey for me), Spurs (depending on day/time of kick off), maybe Anfield, Southampton (maybe....sponsored walk distance from the station), Fulham...pleasant away day out by the Thames) and that's about it. I'd much prefer Bristol, Reading , Shrewsbury (?), Leeds, Forest and even Derby if they don't cheat and call it off. So...a season for the club to rebuild finances and aways mainly to be endured rather looked forward to.

Re: What fixtures are you looking forward to next year ?
West ham away. Easy enough to get to and some family are ST holders there.

All I remember about that game is the need for oxygen to get to our away section, City scoring 1 goal, and being in a pub near the ground after the game, and getting locked in with all the Toon fans as the pub was attacked by City fans.
-
Re: What fixtures are you looking forward to next year ?
Dare I say it but the one where safety is assured. Outside of that ,Spurs away as I went to Northumberland Park Comprehensive ( as was now it's some type of academy)which was in the shadow of the old ground. Therefore a trip to see the old school and new ground would be an occasion.
