FT: Wolves 1 - 1 Newcastle
A home win would round off the weekend nicely.

Re: Wolves v Newcastle. 8pm
Agree entirely. My gut feeling is that Newcastle could be the one to go down given their off field issues.
Come on Wolves! 🐰🐰

Re: Wolves v Newcastle. 8pm
The way wolves season has gone this will be 3-0 Newcastle.

How the hell did Newcastle beat Man City......
-
Re: Wolves v Newcastle. 8pm
It goes against the grain but I am also hoping for a Wolves win.
After watching our game on the weekend I can see Southampton being the other team to go down, with Huddersfield & Fulham, as they really don"t look like they are up for a relegation scrap, unlike us.

My thoughts exactly.

Obviously hoping Wolves to win but I don’t think Newcastle will go down. They have an easier run in - only playing 2 in the top 6. I think Southampton & Brighton are the teams we have the best chance of finishing above.
-
Re: Wolves v Newcastle. 8pm
Still 0-0. Have a bad feeling about this game.

from the little i've seen, the worst three teams in this division are huddersfield, fulham and burnley. Burnley seem to be very lucky (although arguably they are making their own luck) but those are the sides that I think should go down and I think that may well be the bottom three. Newcastle shouldn't get relegated, but Southampton may nick that 18th spot from Burnley yet.

Has anybody got a live stream for the game please?

Re: Wolves v Newcastle. 8pm

I’d agree that Burnley should be added to Southampton & Brighton, as one of the three teams we need to finish above to stay up (obv I am writing off Hudds & Fulham as being in the bottom 2). .
It is not an impossible task - by a long way. If we can keep the team spirit, desire and momentum going we could finish above quite a few teams!

Re: Wolves v Newcastle. 8pm
Even a point takes them back above us ........ Need Wolves to score a few here tonight
-
Re: Wolves v Newcastle. 8pm
I still reckon Brighton will be dragged into it, in fact they’re in it already.

Doesn't look like it's going to happen. Wolves had some decent chances but can't get the ball in the net. I'd take a draw now.

Re: Wolves v Newcastle. 8pm
FFS how many chances do Wolves need

Annoyingly wolves are still going to finish 7th and get into europe aswell.

Re: Wolves v Newcastle. 8pm
Crystal Palace and Newcastle have the best squads with decent managers and should end up comfortable mid-table. Fulham have been cut adrift and Huddersfield are gone. So we have a 12 game mini-league between Cardiff, Brighton, Burnley and Southampton - who wants it more?

If what we have just seen from Southampton was a new manager 'bounce' more than a sign of things to come- then it is them who will go down.
I think it's mainly between us and Southampton.

Re: Wolves v Newcastle. 8pm
wolves miss an absolute sitter.

From 16th up everyone has more than a point a game already. Set to be high points total needed to stay up i think

Re: Wolves v Newcastle. 8pm
Thank God we won on Saturday otherwise we could have been looking at being 5 points from safety after this.
Just feel like we need to get ahead of a couple of the teams currently on 27 points to feel more comfortable.
Edit - thank feck for that goal.

Goal Wolves. 95 mins (of 94) 1-1
-
Re: Wolves v Newcastle. 8pm
Rather be level on points with Newcastle than 2 points behind them

It was always going to happen at some point. most clubs put some sort of a run together during the course of the season, just early in the season there are a few teams that haven't had theirs yet

What a tale of added times, Saturday and tonight eh👍👍👍👍
