That is true, I already had Nye Bevan in mind though but I should have put Welsh person for everyone else

Born in Manchester of Welsh parents, he was brought up as a welsh speaker and he is still the only Prime minister ever to have spoken welsh as a first language and English as a second language.

Stop trying to be clever, anyone with an ounce of knowledge knows he was Ingurlsh, whereas HENRY VII was born Welsh and I bet spoke it
