Sadly, I'm old enough to remember the programme when it was first shown on TV and also Eva Gabor left quite an impression on me.

You've got the season, Wayne Hughes and the Gene Pitney link right Billy, but, ironically, the big money signing was Billy Ronson :hehe:
The winger is a tough one, he had the same surname as a goalkeeper who played for us more than a decade later.

16 ) The winger was Mark Elliott. He came from BHA but only stayed the ones season. He later played a few games for Wimbledon. I met him years later when he was working for an insurance broker in Tonyrefail.

I didn't include Bogle because he's not in the current squad - I think I may change the way the question is worded.
The other three are correct.

Re: Lockdown quiz number eight.
With question ten, the sixty eight refers to the number of yellow cards received by City in all competitive games so far this season, which is not quite the answer given by Cyril, but I think it's close enough to be called correct.
All of the other answers given since my previous post in this thread are right, so I make it that it's only no. 1 that hasn't been correctly answered yet.

No, thank you. Great questions. You had me on the international tournament held in Rome. The penny took a while to drop.
