Never tried the bus. What are the queues like to get back after the game? I get the train from Newport to Cardiff and then usually one to Grangetown and walk from there (10 to 12 minutes). On the way back I try to get the train from Ninian Park, but am not always allowed up to the platform. The problem with Ninian Park after a 3pm game is that the train is usually a 2 car set and they restrict the number of people who are allowed up onto the platform. Last week (Bristol City game) another train (to Penarth) was diverted through NNP and so more were allowed up and I got on straight away.Quote:
