In what way? I know Kevin MacNaughton nigh on decapitated a lineswoman a few seasons back but that was an accident.

There are no trains from Cardiff Central to Grangetown or Ninian Park on Saturday. There will be rail replacement buses or it will mean walking from Cardiff Central. Current forecast is for a dry day so walking from Cardiff Central will not be too bad.

What a turnaround in home form compared with recent seasons.

Yes, it's amazing, although strangely we've been playing the weaker teams at home and the stronger teams away.

Never tried the bus. What are the queues like to get back after the game? I get the train from Newport to Cardiff and then usually one to Grangetown and walk from there (10 to 12 minutes). On the way back I try to get the train from Ninian Park, but am not always allowed up to the platform. The problem with Ninian Park after a 3pm game is that the train is usually a 2 car set and they restrict the number of people who are allowed up onto the platform. Last week (Bristol City game) another train (to Penarth) was diverted through NNP and so more were allowed up and I got on straight away.
Night games seem to be less of a problem because a larger train from Milford Haven stops at NNP.

No queues really, usually two double deckers by Fred’s statue, everyone just piles on. A Godsend with these unpredictable showers we’re having lately, don’t want to chance walking any distance.

Thanks. Will probably try it on Saturday. Need to get my old gits bus pass to save having to pay for the bus.

That’s another plus, with the bus pass costs bugger all to get to and from the ground from home.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY: Match thread
Have to go for City win, though these sort of games where we are expected to win make me nervous.
Bluebirds 2 Canaries 0
Att 21053
Be interesting to see if Colwill or Etete start. I suspect the manager will not change a winning team.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY: Match thread
This has the makings of a proper banana skin.
2-0 Norwich.

I'd normally agree with you. Just the sort of game we'd lose. I'm hoping Bulut's team will have more about them though. I think they know they can't afford to underperform if they want to keep their place.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY: Match thread
Just need to score first and watch them crumble away, can’t believe they stuck by Wagner this week……

You were right, Romeo steps in which I’m pleased about. Didn’t like Adam’s at right back.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY: Match thread
After a decent first 10 minutes it's been all Norwich. Shocking defending, that's been coming for a while now.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY: Match thread
WTF was McGuinness doing then?
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY: Match thread
FFS.
Awful start.
We look lethargic and not at the races at all.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY: Match thread
Really poor defending for the corner.
