well I agree with you Cal, the intent is there, the structure and shape is sound, the effort is largely there, the natural/technical ability is lacking in a few players and we're really missing a threat up front, I think that in itself is the main problem.Quote:

I don't think he should necessarily be hired after a few games or ruled out. As a club we should be able to have more about our recruitment of managers than auditions.
I think overall he has done very very well. Even in defeat it's more entertaining than recent years. Disappointing today, defensively we were very poor and not much better elsewhere but at least we have some sort of method on how we try to play and attack.
