Is it time to bring back the death penalty?

Re: BBC croc expert 'raped puppies and tortured 39 dogs to death' before posting videos online
Horrific stuff.
what can lead a man to do such things? He deserves the full force of the law, and probably needs to be in a mental institution.
typical Express as well using this horrible story to get in a cheap dig at the BBC - this guy did work with various tv companies, and barely did anything with the BBC. they could have easily called him "national geographic croc expert" its extremely distasteful to see a story like this and want ot use it to push an anti bbc agenda - they should be ashamed.

A cheap dig at the BBC ? Don’t you think it’s time the organisation was called out for employing these kind of people time and time again , especially when it’s main source of income is from the government and UK taxpayers?
The story is in numerous different news outlets, are they also at fault pushing the anti BBC agenda ?
The fact is the guy also had child images and it’s just and correct that his employers were named.

Ok , it’s in about 20 different news outlets , going forward shall I post non Tory newspapers just to to satisfy your polarisation and apparently nobody knows exactly how many and when all of his sick crimes were committed.

Yes, watched a You Tube that had this story in it a month or two ago.
Seems like the tick list mob have finally cottoned on to it.

It has nothing to do with the BBC, a bit of a stretch to call them "his employers" when as far as I can see he was used as a consultant by a number of different film crews from different countries

They probably mentioned the BBC because of recent and historical child abuse and sexual harassment incidents that have occurred and are ongoing.
You get the idea?

No
If they really cared about abuse they wouldn't be linking stories like this
I would imagine the last thing victims of sexual abuse want to see is this sort of click bait reminders over the internet and in the papers
This individual is clearly in need of imprisonment
But his crimes have got nothing to do with the BBC
It's gutter journalism

I have absolutely no idea why you have posted a story about animal abuse ....very thinly linked to the BBC.....if the wind is in the right direction .....on here
It's a bit odd

I know exactly why they mentioned the BBC and so do you. The BBC are their biggest rivals in the online space, and they would love to see it dismantled so they take any opportunity to rubbish it even though their readership are of an age that overwhelmingly still watches the bbc.
to sieze upon this horriffic story and try to use it to attack the bbc is disgusting.

In other news all Austrian people .....even people who have been on holiday there or know where Austria is on the map .......are responsible for the rise of Adolf Hitler

I don’t particularly favour the organisation which covered up historical sexual abuse crimes no , you’re right, just like the 45,000 tax payers who cancel their licence fees monthly year on year.

What do you think of organisation's and bodies that have covered up thousands of sex offenders over the years , far more than the BBC
The Police
Judges
Schools
Solicitors
Local authorities
I think it's clear that you have a political axe to grind with bbc as you think it's left wing , woke etc

24.4 million paid for TV licences in 2023.
So called independent/critical thinkers tick list of pet subjects;-
1.Bash the BBC.
2. Bash global warming.
3. Bash lockdown/vaccines.
4. Defend Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.
5. Support strutting populists.
6. Bash institutions like EU, UN etc.
Sure there are others, but you get the drift.

45,000 license fee cancellations per month is reflective of past employees criminal activity
Usually , Single loners
Belittles non vaccine status ( my body my choice )
Follow government diktats without question
Believe everything that’s on MSM ( despite compelling evidence of the contrary)
Unable to accept other peoples opinions and generally stir the pot.
don’t fit in to regular societal norms.
Virtual signalling at every level
Sure there are others but you get the drift

You’d think people who laud their so called independence while everyone else swallows propaganda and see themselves as being genuinely critical and inquisitive in their thinking would not all be singing from exactly the same hymn sheet though wouldn’t you. You’d think that you’d be at odds with each other on so many things, but, no, you all go by the checklist - very rarely, an “independent”, critical thinker will start a thread on here about football, but usually it’s about one of the tick list subjects.
The title you gave this thread gave it away completely, the BBC was your target at least as much as that truly awful man

I think you’re overthinking this, there are twenty or so items and articles on this subject where “BBC” is mentioned. It seems to me you are more concerned with the fact BBC was mentioned as much as that truly awful man. ( clearly there appears to be a correlation with BBC employees, associates and the like with child abuse images etc )
Likewise , another poster was more concerned as the story was from a Tory rag than anything else.

No, I don’t think 2 applies to him - I’ve thought for a while he’s the guy who said his wife had Covid in December 2019, some six weeks or so before it officially reached the UK.

Why are you so concerned and wound up with other peoples opinions, just let them be and crack on with your own opinions which primarily are weird as ****

What correlation or link have you established between the BBC and child abuse ?
Considering over the years it's had hundreds of thousands of people working for it the names Jimmy Saville , Stuart Hall and Huw Edwards isn't enough
Over the years hundreds and hundreds of police officers , social workers and even doctors have been involved in accessing child abuse images
Does that mean the BBC are worse than the police , the NHS etc ?
You are clearly not on solid ground here

In order for you to make a claim the BBC is "linked " to individuals watching child abuse you need to come up with facts and compare the BBC to other large organisations
I suggested The Police , The NHS
Fire away with others

To be honest I don’t really think the narrow opinions of this board reflects reality , and you certainly don’t exactly fit the narrative in what’s considered a normal way of life, but hey it’s all subjective

It's just as well that the gifted and talented club are immune to media manipulation. Otherwise they would look pretty stupid based on this chronology of events:
2007 David Attenborough films the series Life in Cold Blood which is released in February 2008, during which he is hosted at Adam Britton's premises.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Life_in_Cold_Blood
September 2023 Adam Britton pleads guilty to charges of animal abuse committed between 2020 and 2022, 13 years after the programme was made.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...icleInlineText
August 2024. Adam Britton is sentenced to prison.
https://news.sky.com/story/british-c...-dogs-13193079
20 November 2024. For some bizarre reason The Express produces an updated report from an article it first published in 2023, three months after the sentencing with the BBC headline.
20 November 2024. TWGL1 faithfully reproduces this as some kind of news worthy of CCMB consideration.
If only there was some vaccine against succeptibility to media manipulation!

Fair play, I think you've absolutely skewered him/her/them there.
