Re: Cardiff city protest march video promo. For 18th January
So there is a protest.!⁶
Why haven't the organisers put something on here?
What's the actual aim.
I'd say 95% of fans want Tan gone but only with someone else taking over. As far as I'm aware nobody is looking to buy us.
So what do they want to achieve?
Are the Trust involved backing it?
Not everyone is on shitbook.
Pretty poor nothing posted on this the largest Messageboard.

Re: Cardiff city protest march video promo. For 18th January
What is the actual point of this? People actually think they can force Tan to sell up or make serious change because we aren't happy?
He quite clearly doesn't care what we think, a protest isn't changing that.

Just looked on the other place and it was first posted there on 11 December

So why nothing on this site?
Or is just a few from the other site having a get together.
Good luck to them anyway. But I'm not joining a protest which I don't know what the aim is etc.
Perhaps someone should make them aware there is more than one fans forum?
-
Re: Cardiff city protest march video promo. For 18th January
Indeed. Protests have a better chance of success if the demand are made clear.
-
Re: Cardiff city protest march video promo. For 18th January
Is it an ironic protest, complaining (in part) about lack of communication with fans but not communicating about it with fans?

Take a look on ***** Abrahams site where they are much more proactive than this site.
From what I can see it’s a pretty big event.
A lot of your questions can be answered there I guess.

I'm not registered there.
Suprised the organisers are not putting it on the other sites.
Perhaps they just want the members there or other Facebook groups.
Nothing from the Trust either.?

The Trust have not been notified of any details of the event by the organisers

Re: Cardiff city protest march video promo. For 18th January
This all feels like a very Cardiff City situation. An organised protest, slick enough to have its own promotional video/advert, communication and management being the crux of the issues. Who’ve failed to clearly communicate their goals and haven’t managed to get in touch with 2 of the largest platforms to reach the greatest number of fans.

Re: Cardiff city protest march video promo. For 18th January
Wonder if the guy carrying a coffin will be there again?

Vince went on record before xmas who won't be attending who runs the supporters club and with FAB
just my opinion but think forums/ message boards are very old school today
social media reaches out to a much bigger audience and that's where this protest march is being promoted
will be very surprised if we have a forum in the next 5 years what with all the censorship being inflicted on us

Average age on here too old to walk that far maybe? At least something is going to happen maybe….personslly I think only relegation and fans staying away will force him to sell up through sheer embarrassment of what he’s done to the club

To sell up Goats he needs a buyer.

Didn’t they start the organisation of the back to blue march? 1000’s joined in that one…..
-
Re: Cardiff city protest march video promo. For 18th January
It may be a better idea to wait and see what the transfer activity will pan out like....

He’s had offers allegedly though but thinks he’s going to get his 200 million back, the buffoon he is. Reckon we are worth about 50, half that again if we are league 1

I'm pretty sure Back to Blue was on other sites. I don't know who "they" are as I've no idea who is organising it , what the aims are etc.

Any links to realistic offers? And he thinks he will get £200m.
Anyone can make an offer.
Apparently some people think one decent offer was from Sam Hammam. 🤣
If someone or consortium genuinely want the club then make themselves known to the fans. I doubt there's any genuine interest.

Board will go underground :hide: if they try to take it away. Invites will be offered to selected users.
Mozz of course will be on the list

Sheffield United just sold for an estimated £105m. We're going to be worth much less than that.

Meetings will be held under the northern end of the Ninian Stand, where Moggis seems to furtively secrete himself and looking bewildered before games and half-time.

Re: Cardiff city protest march video promo. For 18th January
I’m abroad so won’t be attending but I would if I was here. I don’t like ***** but at least he is organising something
It is a bit petty how people like Hilts are upset that he hasn’t been made aware of it when it is all over social media and other forums

Re: Cardiff city protest march video promo. For 18th January
Didn’t the owner just buy a load of players that the manager (who the fans were singing the name of just a few weeks before) wanted including a defender at 3.5m?

Are you seriously still sticking up for the owner?

On Twitter people were raving about Bulut and demanded he has a new deal, some even saying we had a 11/10 transfer window.
We spent a good amount on the wrong players. It’s been one huge mess. Especially not replacing Bulut.
But the idea that Tan will see the protest and think I know I’ll sell them to someone else to help them is naive. More likely he will totally strip is back.
That open letter from FAB didn’t help, we would have a new manager now if it wasn’t for it.

Yep.
The problem is the shit on the pitch caused by a bad manager

Absolutely.
Fans don’t like being wrong though.

And who appointed that manager? Or the previous 10 managers

Re: Cardiff city protest march video promo. For 18th January
The only Kent that doesn't like being wrong is Tan.
His mum told me.
