There is s roundabout at the beginning, M4/A449, from the A449, you access the A40, where there are 4 roundabouts , I believe, from here you access the M50, where there is another roundabout, to access the M5

The M50/A40/A449 way can get very foggy at night as well - especially in late Autumn. I remember a number of occasions in the late 80s/early 90s coming back from Devils away games about midnight and finding it difficult to see the turn off at some of the roundabouts.Quote:

The A449 becomes the A40 after the Rhaglan junction. So, there are no roundabouts on the A449 other than the one at Celtic Manor where you got on.
