What do I watch then?
Celtic v Rangers or Wednesday v United? Think I’ll go for the latter.

Absolutely, Scottish football is an absolute joke, particularly the Premmiership!

Rangers Celtic game is on fire. End to end 1-0 to Rangers at the moment , should have been 2 .
Macgregor out for Celtic is massive.

And he caught one :hehe:, I hope the spelling police get him.

Re: What do I watch then?
Callum Paterson getting plenty of mentions on the commentary, it’s a typically breathless derby which doesn’t look like it’s going to finish 0-0.
-
Re: What do I watch then?
Make that 2-0 .
Celtic defence shocking today , could have been more. Definitely missing McGregor.

Rangers well worth their lead. It's frantic as most Old Firm games are but great entertainment.
-
Re: What do I watch then?
First Old Form Derby with away fans for several years. Excellent timing for Rangers fans.
-
Re: What do I watch then?
Celtic V rangers, mainly because it's the first time rangers fans have been allowed to go.
Results in a better atmosphere

Having no fans was pathetic , and I think Rangers instigated it . Rangers Celtic games I went to had an atmosphere like no other.
You could taste the hatred.
Pity Rangers cant play like this against Motherwell and Kilmarnock .
I managed to get to the rev recent games Man U and Union St Galliose , they play better in big games
-
Re: What do I watch then?
First ten minutes important to keep things tight.
Oh dear ....

They were not proper Old Firm Derby’s with no away fans. As you say it was the atmosphere that made them special. They lost that with the away fans ban. Some great derbys in the 90s where pretty much every player on both sides was a household name.

Indeed, I didn't think Celtic would be so insipid for another 45 minutes.
Rangers need another goal for a decent cushion.
Balogun going off isnt good... Proper isnt as good.

Re: What do I watch then?
Some pace this second half is being played at. I don’t think there’s a more frantic derby in world football than when these pair really go at it. It’s exhausting just watching it on tv.
-
Re: What do I watch then?
Desmond 2-2.
Piss poor defending from Rangers

Rangers tried to slow the game down , dont blame them after Thursday night . I dont think you can against this side.
Celtic look like the winners now....

WOW
What a game. Thought there was only one winner when Celtic equalised.

Re: What do I watch then?

Not bad, Sheffield United winning 1-0 deep into added time. Must admit that I switched over to the Old Firm game at one time, but switched back again as soon as I heard Chris Sutton’s voice.

Sounds like somebody has had a few accumulators ruined by Rangers :hehe:
-
Re: What do I watch then?
Enjoyed that. Wasn’t high on quality but some good goals and the frantic basketball style 2nd half was great for the neutral. Great atmosphere too. You can’t argue against this being the most fiercest derby in Britain, probably Europe.

I can't really do either club due to the abundance of fuuckwits both clubs attract.
It's always a spectacle and entertainment when they play, probably due to the atmosphere provided by some of the aforementioned fuuckwits.

Re: What do I watch then?
Couple of observations on the League Cup Final. First, on the subject of swearing that appears on another thread on here, Sky stick a camera in the middle of the Liverpool pre match huddle and do the usual apology shortly afterwards for any improper language viewers heard - what the f*ck were they expecting to hear? Second, about 80 per cent of the crowd appear to be standing, is it usually that many at major Cup Finals these days?
Newcastle just take a deserved lead - I’d love to see them win.
-
Re: What do I watch then?
That was a damn good header from the Newcastle lad

A few beauties on either side in Merthyr. Thomas Fish and Dennis O Malley to name two :hehe:
At least Dennis has family heritage with Celtic.

Cant argue with that .
One great thing about Cardiff is you dont get any of that .
I have watched the Rangers Celtic game in O neills full of Celtic fans a couple of years ago , Rangers scored (we cheered) and won . The Celtic fans who knew me came up and congratulated me at the final whistle. If I had done that in Glasgow I wouldn't be alive to type this.
