a favourite place of mine when I lived up in grimsville

City were lower league cannon fodder when I lived up there and Manchester was great for trips to Burnley, Preston, Wigan , Bury , Oldham , Huddersfield , Port Vale , Crewe , Halifax , Stockport , Tranmere

After yet another heavy defeat I would catch the 52 and get off for a large doner and chips or occasionally sit down for a curry along the curry mile .

Great days . No points , soaked through , but massive doner kebabs

Chilli onions , total killer

Yeah, and I'd go Tambini's before catching the 227.
