He probably hasn't used the Welsh Language since leaving school, especially if his immediate family don't speak Welsh.Quote:

A few days ago a Mail article dishonestly linked Biden's environment plans with a completely separate study regarding eating meat which was then picked up by American news sources. I suspect that this is a similar case of bad reporting being used as a source without any additional factchecking being done.
