Ordered jeans on line arrived with the tag still on them.
Phoned for help and was told take them to the local branch.
The lady in the call centre was supprised when i told her we are in lockdown with the branch closed.
Does any one know how to remove a tag?
Isn't it just a metal pin connecting both parts?
Cut through it.
Could you just return them and order another pair?
They would have come from a wholesalers, surely? Not sure why they'd have a security tag on them, that's usually put on by high street shops themselves.Quote:
