Making my way down to cardiff for this one, booked the next day off work! (might be a huge waste of time but can see this being sloppy with lots of goals!)

They may outplay us, but they won't batter us if that dirty sod Jonathan Hogg is suspended.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD TOWN. Match thread
Huddersfield basically kicked Leeds of the pitch. May have been a derby match, but if that is going to be the Terriers approach our players are going to have to stand up to be counted.
Perhaps someone can confirm this, but we rarely are beaten by them, so hopefully with our improved form we can snatch a win.
2-0 City

I was hoping for a 2-1 win. Whenever I see Wintle in the starting line up, my heart sinks. We'll get a 1-1 draw tonight then

As long as he remembers what he did last time he started and passes forward!

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD TOWN. Match thread
See the pass, play the pass.
That's Diedhiou missing a wide open pass to Bowler on the wing, and now Esbrand that's twisted and turned 13 too many times instead of putting in a cross! Keep it simple.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD TOWN. Match thread
I was just about to post something not very positive about Diedhiou but that's a great finish. Very nice goal all around.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD TOWN. Match thread
Good goal. Wintle switches the ball from the left wing to bowler on the right who took a good touch and put in a dangerous cross for the waiting Diedhiou who still had a bit to do. Good goal from open play, credit where it's due.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD TOWN. Match thread
He gets a lot of stick but Wintle was heavily involved in that goal, some lovely play.

Great switch of play.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD TOWN. Match thread
Good goal, great pass from Wintle, brilliant first touch my Bowler and top finish but the striker whose name I still can’t spell. I don’t think Meite and Etete finishes that.
