In the bottom three as it stands

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD. Match thread
for most teams knocking it about is good for possession stats, for us it just means more likelihood of a wayward pass putting the opposition in on goal

I know what you mean. Other teams knock it about looking for that opening. We knock it about - you're bracing yourself for the inevitable interception.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD. Match thread
Our defence scares the hell out of me!
Even the poor teams look dangerous playing on the break

certainly more intent to play properly the last couple of games but they look shot on confidence, it isn't comfortable to watch

3 or 4 precision passes and they had a ball rolling across our goalmouth with nobody challenging, that was their first attempt for a while, it's concerning

No, before that.

Ralls has had the 2 best chances and should really have buried the second with his swinger.
When your luck's out :frown:

I can't remember what he was guilty of tbh but I have every sympathy for him playing alongside this shower.
Last ditch tackle again, we could easily be 2 down!

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD. Match thread
17 games, 0 first half goals. That's a truly astonishing statistic and it's also truly pathetic.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD. Match thread
We look like conceding every time they get the ball in our half.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD. Match thread
Not bad, not bad. Disappointing of course. But I feel like it will come. Maybe not today, but we will become a better team without spending money. We're going to make it.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD. Match thread
We are just rubbish. Our midfield have no idea what to do with the ball. Just constantly playing back to the defence.

Playing against a better team.

None of our players want the ball in the middle of the pitch.

Don't like to say this as I like Morison, but another loss today and we should move quickly on the international break to make a managerial appoint m ent.
Let's face it 3-0 down in the 47th minute at Stoke would have resulted in a defeat. 1-0 home defeat against QPR followed by another home loss today is now past the point of concerm.
We seem to be playing better stuff but maybe the players need a new face with more authority ?
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD. Match thread
at 1-0 down most teams are still in with a shout, we don't look a threat even when closing in on their goal, plus it's not entertaining to watch
even with our relatively decent amount of possession if I was a betting man i'd have them to score next

I think it's a case of the manager needing new faces with better quality; (hopefully in their feet)

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD. Match thread
Why not put Zimba on? We need natural forwards
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD. Match thread
Stream is stop start for me so cannot get a broad view.....KM ineffective and should have scored first half.....no penetration. Maybe they need to start thinking it's the last ten minutes then up the tempo....I would take off KF, Pack and bring on Zimba and Colwill.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HUDDERSFIELD. Match thread
Huddersfield are very ordinary, but that’s good enough against us I’m afraid.
