NYPD Police Car…Did anyone else see it?

I was walking over the Bay yesterday evening about six o’clock
Passing me on James Street was a NYPD Police car
The exact same - To Protect and Serve - blue lights mounted on the roof-same colours
Needless to say everyone was stopping to look
I didn’t see the driver but it stopped at the lights by Mermaid Quay where all the passers by were taking pics before turning left down Bute Street
I put it down to maybe a film being shot locally?
I know Ryan Reynolds and Forest Whittaker were shooting scenes in and around Cardiff last year
Did anyone else see it or know why it was driving around the City?

Have seen it quite a few times in Penarth. Think its just a guy who's bought it for a hobby or something.

It certainly made people stop and look
That sort of makes sense
I remember an old guy from Canton that used to drive around in a Cadillac

i knew a guy with a mid 60s Mustang convertible.
awesome car but he got less than 10mpg

As you say probably being used in filming for something. Not seen it myself.

Pretty cool if it is just someone who owns it.

It was definitely Black and White 👍

Seller reckons it's in use for 'occasions' so I suppose it must be.
I think the band KLF used to drive around in an old American cop car
