Wales playing korea at CCS Thursday- although ticket sales very poor
About 7k sold apparently. Welsh football fans losing interest? Voting with their feet against page? FAW got cocky with their ticket prices?
For me it's ticket price. £25? Crazy
International friendless are just open training sessions. £5 max. Nothing more should be charged for an open training session of the 2nd/3rd team. People can disagree with me and pay the money and go and that's cool have a good night. I personally think they should be grateful they have 7k with those prices.

I'm going, but my son agreed with you and said "no thanks, not at that price".

Can’t stand friendlies whether it’s club or country. Just feels pointless when the game doesn’t mean anything. Add the price to that and no chance

I rarely miss a Wales game but not bothering with Korea or Gibraltar. £28!! For all the good the FAW have done in recent years, they’ve misjudged this one.

When things were going well they were getting away with £25
They’ve messed up with this one here
£5er kids
£10er adults

I'm looking forward to it although I admit the price is too high.

Re: Wales playing korea at CCS Thursday- although ticket sales very poor
For a few years as the team prospered, it seemed that off the pitch the FAW had an instinct for getting things right most of the time as well - those prices for Thursday's match suggest that, as the team declines, so the administrators start getting it wrong as well.

7k seems very low even though it's a meaningless game on a weeknight just after the summer holidays.

25 quid is extortionate for a friendly. No disrespect but it's not against a top team either.
Friendlies are a glorified training session and should be a fiver.
The end of the Cymru honeymoon

The Noel Mooney effect.

The pricing for the kids at a fiver they got right but, but 28 quid is a piiss take.

Re: Wales playing korea at CCS Thursday- although ticket sales very poor
The whole “Red Wall” thing was built of papier mache bricks. I attended virtually every home Wales game for decades but these prices are extortionate for friendlies.

Re: Wales playing korea at CCS Thursday- although ticket sales very poor
Not surprised.
As long as Ramsey gets back to us fully fit I'm not particularly bothered what happens in Wales' next two matches to be honest.

Re: Wales playing korea at CCS Thursday- although ticket sales very poor
I am going on holiday so missing game BUT they should have played it at Wrexham . They deserve something for travelling to Cardiff for all qualifiers also the feel good atmosphere around Wrexham
-
Re: Wales playing korea at CCS Thursday- although ticket sales very poor
As I had no interest in attending a friendly I had not seen the prices. FAW out of touch in every way on this one.

It's the rugby !
Isn't it boys

Re: Wales playing korea at CCS Thursday- although ticket sales very poor
Is Son going to play ? Worlds most under rated footballer. And modest with it .

The Gibraltar game is there. That's £28 also.

Rob page doing his best to lift ticket sales here.
"I'd rather not play it if I'm being honest with you". Well worth £28 of anyone's money! They are lucky to have 7k (assume that's mainly kids who want to see son).

Half the squad don’t play. Of course they need the game. Whether we want to watch it at £28 is another matter.

They've started to misjudge a lot of things over the last few years.

Re: Wales playing korea at CCS Thursday- although ticket sales very poor
I read somewhere last night that ticket sales are up to 11k now

I've got hospitality tickets tonight?
Anyone know the score with that? ie times the food starts etc.

Usually you can go into the stadium 2 and a half hours before kick off , food is usually an hour after and is a buffet for city games,I’m assuming Wales games will be similar.
