He has failed to perform at Championship level for Cardiff City, that’s for sure. Hope our new forward is better than Gavin.
Please tell me that you are joking!
Needs game time.
Will be a good move for all parties as he’s not a bad player just not right for us
Niasse was quick and ran the channels well. Did everything you would expect of a quality footballer except one important thing. Do you remember the WHam game where their centre half couldn't handle him at all?
He hadn't played since June so is clearly a non starter but in the right team at this level and if fit he could be a hell of a signing
Just hasnt worked out for the lad. Another in a long line of poor signings by Warnock and he 'committee'.
There was a reason that we signed Niasse and Sala in that transfer window. The tactic of playing Paterson up front had run its course. We played Spurs and Huddersfield in consecutive home games at the beginning of January and didn't come close to scoring.
Good luck, I hope does well and he can move on permanently. Would be best for all parties
Promised so much, but whenever I saw him, I thought he needed beefing out a bit. Too easily pushed off the ball.
I hadn't heard of this.

In the short term, we don't have the biggest squad so cutting a player even for a limited period of time is a risky move. He appeared to be one who Harris was trying to build up into a productive player this season.
In the longer term, Gavin Whyte has one of the longest contracts at the club (he's in the Bacuna club as is Nelson, Moore and Phillips to give you an idea) and he needs a run of games to turn potential into performance and then regular performances.
We have players in the youth set up that can fill in wide when needed.
Whyte should have been out on loan all season.
Bad transfer all round. How much was spent on him? 1m?
