The 1st photo is confirmation that my streaming pass is active
The second is self explanatory
When I go to live TV I get the second message.
If I try to input my code again it say it’s already used.

you need to go to view more packages and put your voucher number in again

Is the box grey or green in picture #1? I think the , 'Active,' box needs to be green if activated.
