Colchester still got a couple of games in hand so may not be enough but they were well adrift when he went there in January. Will be a huge achievement if he keeps them up.

When he took over I thought it was a bit of a strange job to take but he’s done well. Should be enough for another league 2 club to take a punt on him for next season.
