He meant plonkers meeting up for the sack of it, not office workers who worked together all day having lunch dinner tea coffee wine water together, they are more likely to catch t getting too close while looking at each others spreadsheets during the day!

Not in Wales it doesn't.

I think usually less than 100 people killed, of which about 25% are attributed to excess speed.

Still too many, and obviously doesn't make a difference in this case.
