Who will be Mick's first signing ?
I'd like James McLean in just for his nuisance value and bite .

If there is any truth in the rumours regarding our 2 new signings, his next signing will be his 3rd ?

Are you saying that MM decided to take a couple of weeks off before starting his new gig?

No not at all NYC, comments from NH regarding "club signings"and a few rumours that MM might have been involved, nothing more, although MM being appointed so quickly after NH being sacked suggests talks might have already happened , who knows ?

He signed a 2 1/2 year deal there less than three weeks ago.

Was suspended and then shipped out by Oldham for disciplinary issues (allegedly injuring a teammate in training which he strongly denies). Don't think you can read too much into his early career based on what he's done since. Jon Walters wasn't good enough for Wrexham and he had a decent career.

He hasn't had a look in under the new Apoel manager (1 brief sub appearance in 4 games). Wasn't even in the squad for the last game. He was McCarthys signing, so wouldn't rule a loan move out.

We need someone in midfield anyway. If we can win and keep the ball and start creating chances, maybe Glatzel or Watters will start banging them in.

No need to get carried away though, just offer them a small fee, say £2m with a further £4m once he starts banging them in!

That's the point . MM lured him to Cyprus through his Irish connection then left him stranded there.
