Foxes' fans plan a scarf tribute for Saturday
Re: Foxes' fans plan a scarf tribute for Saturday
I hope we all have the decency to be quiet during that, I'm sure most will

Why wouldn't we be?
Re: Foxes' fans plan a scarf tribute for Saturday
Unfortunately I won't be there to count the number of half and half scarfs there this week.

Because it's not a minute's silence to there's a chance some might be noisy

You would like to think people wouldn't try to make money out of these things....

Never been a fan, but this is one 1/2 & 1/2 that I wouldn't mind having.

I think they're hoping we'll also hold our scarves up with them, not just be quiet

I dont understand all this fawning over Leicester, they are just another club. Have the minutes silence and get it over with. After that, normal service resumed.

I think that’s pretty much what’s happening anyway.

I've always thought they were a stupid idea, but on this occasion they actually do represent unity.

Wouldn't go as far as TISS, but I'm not really that bothered by what's happened. No sadder than any other crash involving multiple deaths such as car crashes.
It's a bit sad, so I'll pay my respects during the minute silence and only sing pro City songs rather than anti-english stuff and have no issue with Leicester fans being in the home end for this game as it seems to have affected them like it was a close relative for some reason. Hope this game gives them some closure, but I don't really feel any unity with them.

It's not about personal feelings, you don't have to feel anything, but there is nothing wrong with showing a togetherness towards opposing fans as a mark of respect, given these unique circumstances.

^^^ this
pay our respects and move on and win ( in whatever manner we can ) 3 points
Times have changed, now the average football feels at home to hug rival fans when they need picking up ( though the Cornwall pub court case shows that maybe Villa fans didnt get that memo )
I am seeing alot of #footballfamily on social media, we are now part of it
