For the Bluebirds overseas, EFL finally released all of the international broadcasters on their site. For me it's some Indonesian streaming service that I've never heard of but hey I'll take it!
Here's all the broadcasters:

Match facts

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
Jesus. This is SO much better than anything we've seen for a long while.
Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
We look competitive
Positive signs and a semblance of a PLAN for once.
Not sure if we have the quality to do anything this season but it’s a massive step in the right direction SO FAR.
Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
It's better, although we haven't created anything in terms of goal scoring chances.
Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
Norwich are pressing us really well now, decent start by us though and we look a lot less fragile than we were last season.
like the look of kipre!
Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
I’d be well happy with a clean sheet against these lot.
Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
So first game and our captain is on rhe bench.

Norwich do seem very well organised at the back. But you're right, we're having a tough job in the final third. I can't really see us getting much from this, but Norwich are good side and so far we're giving them a decent game.

we got 10 back when defending and one up in attack...we are clearly looking for a draw or a sneaky set piece goal
Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
Lee Hendrie on Sky seems quite impressed by us
