Where we we in the table when Harris took over? We were 14th, 8 points away from relegation spot and 7 points from play-offs, but out season looked like it was in trouble. Where are we now? 15th, 13 points away from relegation and 7 points away from play-offs.
If anything, Harris has improved us very, very slightly over the course of 12 months.

If it's possible (which I didn't think it was) we're playing worse football now than we were 12 months ago. It was anti football then, its anti-anti football now (if that was a thing).

He really shouldn't be worried about fans on the forum as Tan will do Tan whatever.
It's Christmas time.
He has a fantastic job, well paid, doing what he loves.
If he is ever removed from the post there are plenty more jobs out there.
Least he still isn't managing Millwall.
And luckily for him , he isn’t managing at Watford else he’d be going, going gone !

Slade was an awful lot better than his predecessor, too. Slade gets unfairly treated. He wasn’t good but he certainly wasn’t as bad as he’s made out. He had a job to do and he did it while keeping us competitive. I wouldn’t have him back mind!

No. I wouldn't have him back but the people mentioning the man as if it would be some kind of downgrade. Despite having the squad sold from beneath him to any bidder he managed to get us 8th and improved by three places after his first season. Harris has currently added better players to our wing in Wilson and striker options in Moore and is currently 10 places lower than he finished last season.
It is now whether fans feel Harris is the 5th placed finish standard of manager or if that was an exception to the rule. I believe very much that our position now and the manner of performances are what we will get under Harris. Slightly worse than Slade when taking finishing positions into account might I add.

But among them were some top players at this level; Hudson, McNaughton, Whittingham. Even Darcy Blake would walk into this team

Marshall as well.
I bet Harris wished he could come in with a pre season some money and not around 10 players who need moving on and little money.

Re: No negativity, positivity for Harris to be posted below
Slade, like Harris, has taken over from a manager who was here when we were relegated from the premier league and was given a much smaller budget in comparison to his predecessor. Slade was asked to move a lot of players on and keep us competitive - what Harris is being asked of this year.
Malky took over from a manager with a much bigger budget than he had, at least in his first year. Malky was asked to find a lot of players and keep us competitive - what Harris is being asked to do for next year.
That was my thinking.

Harris was the manager who decided to play Tomlin for 90 minutes and reaped the rewards before lockdown. Tomlin was getting replaced after an hour when he started for Warnock last season.

Who said that? It's down to the club to negotiate his contract, not Harris. You implied Harris gave him a silly contract which is a very strange complaint to make
